Bro Exotic Group LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates this website and related services. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information:

• Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/region). This helps us understand how our site is used.
• Communications: If you contact us via email, we retain that correspondence.
• App waitlist: If you ask to be notified when one of our apps launches, we store your email address and which app you chose, and email you once to confirm it was you. To stop abuse, we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address for 24 hours.

We do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily provide it.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your information based on the following legal grounds:

• Legitimate interests: We process analytics data based on our legitimate interest in understanding how visitors use our site and improving our services.
• Consent: Where required by law, we obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies.

• Waitlist consent: We store your waitlist email because you asked us to, and only to tell you when that app launches.

• Email you once to confirm a waitlist signup, and once more when that app launches

We never use waitlist emails for anything else, and we never add you to a newsletter.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Analytics data is processed by Google under their privacy policy. Waitlist emails are stored with our database provider, Supabase, and sent through our email provider, Resend. They are not shared with anyone else. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention

We retain data for the following periods:

• Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default retention period)
• Email correspondence: For the duration of our business relationship, plus 3 years for legal compliance
• Waitlist emails: Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 72 hours. Confirmed ones are kept until we send the launch email for that app, then deleted. You can ask us to remove yours at any time by writing to privacy@broexoticgroup.com.
