Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ERS Vibes ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. ERS Vibes is developed by Bro Exotic Group LLC.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use ERS Vibes. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ERS Vibes for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
User Conduct
When using multiplayer features, you agree to:
- Play fairly and respectfully
- Not use cheats, exploits, or automated tools
- Not harass or abuse other players
- Not attempt to disrupt the game or servers
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app's Profile settings. Upon termination or deletion, your game data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In-App Purchases
Some features require in-app purchases. All purchases are:
- Processed by Apple through the App Store
- Subject to Apple's refund policies
- Non-transferable between accounts
Prices may change; you'll see current prices before purchase.
Intellectual Property
ERS Vibes and its content (graphics, sounds, code) are owned by Bro Exotic Group LLC and protected by copyright. The traditional Egyptian Rat Screw card game rules are in the public domain.
Disclaimer
ERS Vibes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any loss of data or progress.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bro Exotic Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date.
