ERS Vibes is developed by Bro Exotic Group LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Egyptian Rat Screw card game app.
Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
Account Information
When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID user identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address.
Game Data
We store your game statistics (games played, wins, slaps, streaks) to provide progress tracking and leaderboard features.
Device & Multiplayer Data
To enable instant push notifications for multiplayer match requests, we collect and store:
- Your device's push notification token (a random identifier assigned by Apple)
- Your Game Center player ID and display name
- Online presence status (when you're viewing the multiplayer screen)
This data is stored securely on Supabase (our database provider) and is used solely for delivering match notifications and showing real-time player counts.
Analytics Data
We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage data to improve the app experience. This includes app interactions, crash reports, and performance metrics.
Advertising Data
If you opt in to tracking, we use Google AdMob to show personalized ads. If you opt out, you'll still see ads, but they won't be personalized.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your information based on the following legal grounds:
- Contract: Account information and game data are processed to provide you with the game services you've requested.
- Legitimate interests: Analytics data is processed to improve app performance and fix bugs.
- Consent: Personalized advertising data is only processed if you opt in via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the game experience
- Track your progress and statistics
- Enable multiplayer features via Game Center
- Improve app performance and fix bugs
- Show ads (personalized if you opt in)
- Sync your data across devices via iCloud
Data Storage & Security
Your game data is stored:
- Locally on your device using Apple's secure storage
- In iCloud if you have iCloud enabled, for cross-device sync
- On Supabase (device tokens and online presence for multiplayer features)
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your Apple Sign In credentials are never stored by us - Apple handles authentication directly.
Device tokens and presence data are automatically deleted when unused for extended periods. You can disable push notifications in iOS Settings at any time.
Data Retention
We retain your data for the following periods:
- Account & game data: Until you delete your account or request deletion
- Device tokens: Automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity
- Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized; raw data retained for 90 days
International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our service providers (Supabase, Vercel, PostHog) are located. For EU/EEA users, these transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

- Apple Sign In - Authentication
- Apple Game Center - Leaderboards & multiplayer
- Apple iCloud - Data sync
- Apple Push Notification service (APNs) - Push notifications
- Supabase - Device token & presence storage (hosted in US)
- Vercel - Push notification backend (hosted in US)
- PostHog - Analytics (privacy-focused)
- Google AdMob - Advertising
Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.
Your Rights & Choices
You have control over your data:
- Tracking: You can allow or deny ad tracking in iOS Settings
- Analytics: You can opt out of analytics in the app settings
- Delete Account: You can delete all your data from your Profile. This permanently removes your account information, game statistics, and any data stored on our servers within 30 days.
- Data Export: Contact us to request a copy of your data

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate personal data
- Request erasure of your personal data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability

Children's Privacy
ERS Vibes is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app with an updated revision date.
